The YWCA of Canberra is a Registered Training Organisation and offers the TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

The TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is offered as a full course or as an update for those who already have the BSZ40198 Certificate in Assessment and Workplace Training. Recognition of Current Competence (RCC) or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is also available.

There are two learning models available.

  • Workshop training sessions (model of learning) requires you to attend regular training sessions. Each session covers one unit of competence and focuses on practical implications of the unit.
  • Self-paced model of learning is particularly suited to the training facilitators and practitioners who have a high level of experience but need to gain additional knowledge and skills to practice within the VET environment. You learn at home at your own pace while utilising the support, guidance and assistance from the Registered Training Organisation.

Guidance and support is provided on a continuous basis through tutorials, over the phone, e-mail communication, face-to-face at the YWCA Training Unit, or other suitable options.

We can also deliver training to your workplace.

As a community organisation our programs are offered at competitive prices. YWCA of Canberra members are offered a discounted price.
For more information, please contact Gordana at the YWCA of Canberra Training Unit on 02 6175 9900 or email training@ywca-canberra.org.au
