The YWCA of Canberra delivers long day care at three centres in Canberra – Campbell Cottage Child Care Centre, Conder Child Care Centre, and O’Connor Cooperative School.
YWCA of Canberra centre based care nurtures and encourages all aspects of your children's individual development. All children are treated equally and respected as individuals. Our centre staff encourage and support children's individual needs to learn and participate at their own pace through positive feedback. Cultural diversity is a significant consideration in the development of programs, with emphasis on children's social, emotional, creative, intellectual and physical development.
Our centres are licensed by the ACT Government and have three-year accreditation status through the National Child Care Accreditation Council.
If your child has special needs the YWCA of Canberra has access to the Commonwealth funded Child Care Support Team to assist with including their needs at our services.
