Family Support

Navigate

Navigate is a free and confidential outreach counselling service for young people aged 12-17 years, and their families.

This means that we will:

  • Come to where you want to meet
  • Talk to you about what matters to you
  • Help you find ways to have time out during difficult times
  • Talk to other people involved in your life with your permission
  • Help you connect and stay connected to others.

Navigate works towards reconnecting young people, their families and communities with each other.

At Navigate we assist young people and families to increase their personal resilience, to develop and enhance existing skills, make informed life choices, maintain and develop personal support networks and participate in the community.

Navigate also regularly runs groups for young people and their families.

For further information on any of the above please contact us at Navigate.
